Jason took on board the importance of the sale, gave excellent advice and did what he promised 10/10
“Jason was realistic about the current Wellington property market while sharing my optimistic view of finding a buyer. His sales plan gave me confidence and the wording of the ad was honest, persuasive and heart warming. The photos truly depicted the property. Organising both the LIM and builder's reports, while an expense, was well worth it. He advised me on essential repairs and oversaw the work after connecting me to reliable companies. Unexpectedly, an important role was keeping onside with the tenants and Jason went the extra mile to maintain access to the house. I could trust that Jason would do what he set out to and appreciated his efforts to keep interested buyers connected. Throughout the time we worked together, Jason kept me up to date by phone and with emails, managing a good balance between advising and asking for my thoughts. A supremely competent seller of real estate and I'm so please that he was selected by Ray Simpson Real Estate to sell 169 Ohiro which they had managed for 8 years, A million thank yous Jason. You never missed a beat and the house sold to a wonderful buyer/new neighbour.”
