An architecturally designed high-rise off Courtenay Place, 152 apartments in all. One and two bedroom apartments and penthouses, sold off the plans and now complete.

Live, dual-key and live-work apartments at the Aro Street end of Willis Street, sold off the plans, settled 2023.

211 of these are units across 6 of the developments as the agency site records them; Hyde Lane and Aro are counted from Tommy’s sales schedules. From my own sale records, read 17 September 2026. Sale prices are not published here.

Counted on its own, not added to the homes above. Leasing and selling workshop units is a different job from selling apartments, and one number covering both would tell you less, not more.

What a developer gets

The same three things, every time

01
A pipeline that exists before the release
Every enquiry, viewing and piece of feedback on a development sits in my own system, per buyer, per unit. When a stage releases, the people who asked about the last one are already on a list with a reason beside each name.
02
Reporting you do not have to ask for
What sold, what was asked about and did not sell, and what the feedback said. The same record I use to decide who to ring is the record you see.
03
One person on it
Not a roster. The same salesperson through the whole release, which is the only way the feedback from unit four is worth anything by unit forty.

If you are weighing up who sells your project, the useful question is how fast the last ones went and what the buyers said. Ring or text me on 027 486 2590 and I will take you through the releases above, stage by stage, including the ones that were slow.
